SILICONIZED GRAPHITE

SILICONIZED GRAPHITE is a fine-sized lubricant agent used as a lubricant in water-, oil- or synthetic-base mud systems. When drilling exhausted zones, where high differential pressures exist, the lubrication properties of SILICONIZED GRAPHITE reduce the sticking tendencies due to differential pressures. It can be used to control the partial seepage in severe lost-circulation zones. SILICONIZED GRAPHITE is a completely inert and does not affect rheological properties. SILICONIZED GRAPHITE reduces torque and drag by increasing the lubrication. SILICONIZED GRAPHITE lowers the spurt and total filtrate loss values in PPT.
