AQUA LUB FULL

Lubricant agent base on graphite molybdenum, suitable to be used in water base muds.

AQUALUB- FULL is an organic, non-polluting, and free of hydrocarbons lubricant. Liquid fluid use in extreme pressure, high temperature and high pH drilling systems. Due to its high performance, is compatible with water, oil or synthetic base drilling fluids. Recommend to be used where no fluorescence is required.

Technical Data

* AQUA LUB- FULL does not alter the rheological properties of the fluid base and significantly improves API and HP-HT filtrations.
* Free of oil and/ or mineral oil contaminants.
* With no fluorescence.
* Stable at high temperatures and does not lose its lubricity on high pH or alkaline mud saturated with salt.
* Recommended to be pour on the circuit while circulation.
* The concentrations suggested vary between 5 and 20 L/m3, depending on the type of injection and the requirements of lubricity.
* In high concentrations are obtained by standard resistance values and low ratios of film with or without hydrocarbons in the middle.

Applications

AQUA LUB- FULL is used in semi or scattered water-based fluids, which can be fresh water, or salt until saturation with NaCl, potassium and also with high calcium content in the filter, such as injections in a lime or gypsum. High-quality performance in oil, mineral or synthetic base sludge, where pressure and temperature can be a problem.

Packaging and storage

AQUA LUB FULL comes in 20 liter pail or boxes, plastic pallets of 720 liters. Store in a dry area away from ignition or heat sources. Minimize the presence of dust.
